You can create separate templates for each type of jobs. Templates will help you to create jobs in a quick and simple way.
In the menu Settings → Templates you will already have a set of default templates: you can edit them or create new one.
Enter all the common for a jobs information in the template. For example, you can set type of job and its expected duration, brief description, choose available resolutions to complete jobs. When you create jobs with this template you won't have to type this information all over again.
Edit what information will be in the report using custom fields. Define which fields are required to finish the job with check mark.
In order to successfully complete job, assignee will have to fill the report including all the required fields.
