You can remind your clients about jobs with SMS when:
- your workers are starting their way to client address (click on En route button);
- job was scheduled for current day and you want client to be ready for appointed time.
You can set the time when your clients will be reminded about planned jobs. If job is planned for 21:00, you can configure Planado to send messages at 15:00.
When your employee begins his way to client - presses on En route button in mobile application, your client will receive a message.
You can configure the exact body of the message as well as the time it will be send.
Planado will send SMS to primary client phone number in the job.
